Welcome!

Brookmans is an imposing presence at the heart of Brookmans Park.  Re-opening in October 2011 after a major refurbishment, there’s a great buzz about the place.  The activity centres round the island bar, where we’ll be happy to serve you a great cup of coffee, a decent pint of beer or a glass of chilled champagne.   Take a seat at the bar facing the door if you want to see and be seen, or find a cosy corner and settle into one of our comfortable armchairs.  The eatery now shares the great atmosphere and feels warm and welcoming with its British Racing Green leather upholstery and hand-made silk lampshades.  On the walls hang historic posters from the Metroland era when Brookmans Park was built, part of the hugely-optimistic garden suburb movement. 

Brookmans has now joined Peach, an award-winning independent group of gastropubs.  We believe in serving the good stuff, whether it’s food, drink or good times.  Our food is fresh, seasonal and high quality, prepared from scratch by skilled chefs.  From breakfast onwards, there is always hot food available, with a full menu served throughout lunch and dinner, ranging from Superfood Salads to our Roast of the Day.  Our bar team is highly trained in serving freshly-brewed coffee from Union Hand-Roasted as well as the perfect pint or gin & tonic.   With two private rooms also available for dinners, business meetings or special occasions we believe we can rise to any occasion, whether you come for a quiet drink or a glamorous celebration.
