Lee Cash, Owner

Lee is co-founder of the independent pub group Peach. He opened his first pub, The Rose & Crown in Warwick, ten years ago, after running Raymond Blanc's flagship brasserie, Le Petit Blanc in Birmingham. Fanatical about good, honest food & great, friendly service he is hands-on in training & inspiring the great teams who make our pubs 'peachy'. He's seen us win Best Place to Work in Hospitality in 2009 & 2010 and four of our team get Acorn Awards, recognising the best young stars in catering. Lee's a real live-wire, always trying to get the party started.  He'll be at Brookmans ensuring it delivers the same great food, drink & service as the other Peach pubs, helping its individual character grow as a great local.

Lloyd Willis, General Manager

Lloyd's chance encounter with hospitality turned out to be a complete masterstroke. With a business degree but no clear idea of what he really wanted to do, he fell into a bar job at his local, got talking to the bar manager and the seed was planted. He was taken on as a trainee at Mitchells & Butlers and before he knew it, was running the Yard of Ale in Birmingham. Two more city centre pubs followed and Lloyd really learned the trade inside out. Then it was time to head for the capital where he launched three great gastro pubs for M&B and ran their busy All Bar One at Butlers Wharf. With an amazing year at the Tilbury, Datchworth for Paul Bloxham under his belt, Lloyd came home to Herts. Now he can't wait to put the heart back into this pub.

Katie Robertson, General Manager

Katie's at the helm while we open Brookmans although she's been a key player at our sister pub The Fishes in Oxford and then The Almanack in Leicester. She came to us from Australia on what was supposed to be a year-long break between finishing a science degree in Melbourne and doing her masters. Six years later, she's still here - just couldn't tear herself away. Her rapid rise from working behind the bar to running great pubs has all been down to her passion for fine food and wine. Now she's looking forward to making her mark here at Brookmans and giving the locals the pub they deserve.

Charlie Barr, Head Chef

Charlie's our head chef and is a bit of a star. Though she reckons she became a chef by accident; her holiday waitressing job came to an abrupt end when the head chef commandeered her to work in the kitchen. She never looked back. She turned out to be a bit of a star at college too, bagging five gold medals and chef of the year at the Birmingham College of Food, Tourism & Creative Studies. After qualifying, she dashed down to Cornwall and spent a fantastic year working at Rick Stein's seafood empire in Padstow. A phase at The Cross in Kenilworth followed, then a move to Michelin-starred Simpsons in Edgbaston, before Charlie encountered Peach. Here, she's won a coveted Acorn award and wowed everyone with her food.
