'Brookmans  rumours of sale............. good news only'

Enterprise Inns, our landlords, have decided to sell the 'freehold interest' in  Brookmans.  This doesn't affect our tenancy.  Infact,  there's good news, as we are so committed to the pub we have decided we would like to buy the freehold, and intend to do so.     So don’t worry,  the pub business  is not for sale and we  will still be here FOREVER.  This is just  the landlord trying to raise money by selling some of their best performing pubs.  We are loving being at Brookmans and hope you will carry on supporting us as we settle into the village and the local area more and more.
